Watershed is available on a new full repairing and insuring commercial lease for a term of years to be negotiated and at a competitive starting rent. Fit-out space planning and provision is offered on a “cost-plus” basis with the opportunity to amortise costs over the lease term.

Leased area options
The central courtyard allows a variety of internal arrangements to suit either single or multiple tenants.
For multiple tenancy arrangements the main door is able to open into the central amenity area (shaded lighter grey in examples 2 and 3 below).
Please note that rent would be chargable for this common area on a pro-rata basis.
