Richard Bennett is an experienced commercial property development manager and a chartered building services engineer with a successful career spanning 20 years in the construction industry.

Richard has been involved on various landmark projects principally in Europe, during which time
he has overseen the fit-out of various blue chip tenants such as Peugeot, Accenture and Coca-Cola.

With a passion for low energy design solutions, and an extensive understanding of tenant needs, Richard has moved to create his own sustainable developments in the North of England: a conscious ambition to provide a benchmark for the future of ecological workplaces.
